Ahmedabad city witnessed absorption of 1.7 million sq. ft. of industrial and warehousing space in 2023, as compared to 1.4 million sq. ft. in 2022, with an increase of 21.4% mainly driven by the manufacturing sector. On the supply side, the city witnessed the completion of 1.8 million sq. ft. in 2023, compared to 1.6 million sq. ft. in 2022, reflecting a 12.5% increase from 2022 levels.
